Peterson is looking for providers to serve our local community. There are positions available in both independent practice as well as a potential opportunity to join an employment model. Traditional or outpatient only practice styles are also available.

Here are some practice options that are available for your consideration:
- A salary based employment or income guarantee through Peterson Medical Associates
- An Income guarantee support for the first year if you choose to open a solo practice or joining an existing practice
- Contracting as a hospitalist through PRMC's hospitalist management program
- Becoming an independent practitioner with an existing solo provider or a group practice
Other considerations include, but are not limited to:

Peterson Regional Medical Center works with physician recruiters in a number of situations. However, we also believe that working directly with physicians who are interested in moving to the Texas Hill Country can be even more efficient. The direct approach also allows us to be more flexible with personal requests and financial accommodations since we do not have to set aside funds for recruiting fees.
